Lana Howarth

Lana comes to Red Shed with an extensive background in health, brand, communications and hospitality.

With a passion for health and wellbeing, Lana worked for the Royal Flying Doctor Service for 10 years as the head of Brand & Communications.

She has also run a boutique hotel in Gundaroo with extensive awards for customer service.

A long-term runner, now a regular gym-goer, and a recent graduate of the Red Shed Learn-To-Row program, Lana believes that nutrition, movement, connection and community is essential to age well.

Lana went to a public high school in Canberra where no rowing program was available, and this makes her motivated to create opportunities for people to access and enjoy rowing and experience all the benefits that come from the sport
