Our Program
01
Sweep Program
Two sessions per week for both experienced and beginner sweep rowers. Sessions will focus on building foundational sweep rowing technique and developing timing together across different boat combinations.

Sculling Program
There will be two sessions per week, held on different days to Sweep sessions, with the option to attend both if you wish. Training will include rowing in singles, doubles, and quads. The focus will be on refining technique and consistency, while also building strength and overall fitness

What will we provide?
Providing a tailored winter training plan which will include activities at Red Shed and other exercises to help you achieve your goals for the racing season.

Program inclusion
The program will include some erg and strength training sessions additional to on-water training.
