Meet Our Community – Felix – Coach

Having originated in the suburbs of Sydney, it wasn’t long before Felix made the decision to venture south to make his mark as a big fish in a small pond, in the nations capital. Known for his cute demeanour, edgy memes and great banter, he is known around the shed as “Felix the House Cat”

Felix takes his chivalry and cheekiness everywhere with him, from delivering high quality rowing sessions, to his enthusiastic appearance whenever a dancefloor occasion presents itself.

But that’s not where his skills end. Felix is also studying a Bachelor of Physiotherapy at UC, where he takes his love of the human form, rehabilitation and movement, a step further.

On the training front, Felix is an avid endurance racer, training hard in the gym for his upcoming competitions on the bike!
We do feel as though we’re just only experiencing one form of many that we’ll be privileged to experience as he continues to bless us his with grace here at Red Shed.
