Privacy and Data Management Policy
Red Shed Inc (ABN 23 897 401 299) collects some personal information in order to carry out the following services to you:
- to provide you with services and information that you have requested from us;
- to communicate with you regarding services, events and products which might interest you;
- to provide you with information or advice;
- process payments by you to us for our services;
- to create accounts, tax invoices or receipts;
- to provide some personal information to relevant insurance companies in order to provide you with sports injury insurance;
- to consider and respond to complaints made by you;

We may disclose additional purposes for collection of your personal information at the point of collection.

Sensitive information is information about you that reveals your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs or affiliations, membership of a professional or trade association, membership of a trade union, details of health, disability, sexual orientation or criminal record. How we collect or store your personal information
Collection of your personal information can occur through the following interactions:
- when you visit our website, social media pages or access or contribute to other digital platforms and applications used by us to provide you with services requested by you;
- when you communicate with us directly by email, telephone, direct mail or in person.
If you provide information to us electronically, we retain this information in an online club management system. We do not store any of your financial information on our computers or online databases but send encrypted data directly to the bank for processing. The web-based data management system collects some personal information and processes financial transactions related to services you have requested from us. Any data sent between your browser and the management system is encrypted. No personal information is presented through online pages on our web site and customer records can only be accessed by authorised staff of Red Shed Inc through a secure portal with a username and password. Personal data is not provided to any third parties. All data is stored in Australian data centres.
Security of our Website
The Red Shed Inc website is protected by SSL security and a CAPTCHA form to prevent unauthorised use of the website. The padlock symbol on your browser means that all data sent between your browser and the server is encrypted, including your log in, profile and credit card details. Credit card transactions are processed immediately using a secure payment gateway to the banking system. We do NOT store your credit card details and can provide you with information on the status of any financial transaction.
Cookies
We may use temporary (session) cookies or permanent cookies when you access our Online Platform. This allows us to recognise your browser and track the web pages you have visited. You can switch off cookies by adjusting the settings on your web browser.
If we are unable to collect your personal information some or all of the following may occur
- we may be unable to provide products and services to you;
- we may be unable to communicate with you to provide information about services that you have procured from us, or may intend to procure in the future;

Our online platforms and systems do not collect any personal information to disclose to third parties or service providers located overseas.

If you have indicated a preference for a method of communication, we will endeavour to use that method wherever practical to do so. You may access your personal information held by Red Shed Inc by making a request to us via email, phone or SMS. If you would like us to update or amend your personal information, please contact us and we will make the requested amendments. We may ask you to verify your identity to ensure that personal information we hold is not improperly accessed

If you feel your privacy has been breached, please contact us via email to: info@redshed.org.au providing us with information regarding the reasons for your complaint including any copies of other emails, screenshots of SMS messages, etc. to assist us with our investigation.
