No experience needed to start.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Youth pathways.<\/strong> Learn to Row programs for years 7 to 12 that build confidence, teamwork and lifelong healthy habits.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Health and wellbeing.<\/strong> Rowing, training, recovery and connection in one place, supporting physical and mental wellbeing.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Our people.<\/strong> Investing in the staff, coaches and volunteers who make Red Shed what it is, so they can find their better too.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">02 Planet. A better way to care for our place.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our lakeside setting is the heart of everything we do. Sustaining it is not a side project. It&#8217;s how we protect what makes Red Shed better.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n\n<li><strong>Energy and emissions.<\/strong> Reducing our footprint through on-site renewable energy, efficient equipment and smarter use of our facilities.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Waste and circularity.<\/strong> Cutting single-use items across the site and cafe, prioritising reusables, recycling and responsible procurement.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Water and lake stewardship.<\/strong> Caring for the water we row on: responsible water use, and protecting the lake&#8217;s foreshore and habitat.<\/li>\n\n\n<li><strong>Sustainable food.<\/strong> A cafe philosophy built on wellness and low-waste operations, with local sourcing wherever we can.<\/li>\n\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">03 Performance.
