Monique Gasson

Monique Gasson has been an integral part of the Red Shed journey from the start, bringing a wealth of experience and a strong operational focus to the organisation.

With a background in psychology, Monique completed her Honours in Psychology at the Australian National University (ANU) before embarking on her professional journey. Throughout her career, Monique played a crucial role in developing and enhancing operational strategies, delivering key safety and staff programs, and improving social marketing across all areas within numerous businesses in varying industries.

Monique’s unique blend of operational expertise and innovative thinking has significantly benefitted the foundational stages of the Red Shed project and will continue to do so. Having rowed at an elite level in high school and returning to row in recent years, Monique is motivated to create opportunities for high school leavers to continue enjoying their rowing journey and experience all the benefits that come from the sport.
