The Recovery Hub

What’s in the Recovery Hub

  • Cold plunge (ice bath), for recovery, clarity and a genuine reset
  • Finnish and infra-red saunas, heat therapy, two ways
  • ZeroBody dry float, zero-gravity float, no water, deep calm
  • Nordic compression therapy, active recovery for tired legs

How each modality works

Cold plunge

A short, sharp cold immersion, usually 8 to 15 minutes, for a genuine reset.

  • Supports recovery and eases sore muscles
  • Sharpens focus and lifts mood
  • Leaves you clear-headed and awake

Finnish and infrared saunas

Heat therapy, two ways. The Finnish sauna is a traditional dry heat, running warm at 70 to 100°C. The infrared sauna warms your body directly at a lower air temperature, so the heat penetrates more deeply and comfortably.

  • Eases tight, tired muscles
  • Supports circulation and relaxation
  • A calm space to unwind after training

ZeroBody dry float

Lie on a heated bed suspended over 400 litres of warm water for a weightless, zero-gravity float. Sessions run from 10 to 45 minutes. The water never touches you, so there are no showers needed and no salt in your eyes.

  • Deep calm and a quiet mind
  • Releases tension through the whole body
  • No water, no fuss, just float

Nordic compression therapy

Rhythmic compression to help you bounce back faster after a big session.

  • Flushes out heavy, fatigued legs
  • Supports circulation after training
  • Easy, hands-off recovery
