Easy Oar sits right on the water at Black Mountain Peninsula with one of the best views in Canberra, grab something from the cabinet on your way through, or settle in for a proper breakfast or lunch. In rowing, “easy oar” is the call to stop rowing and let the boat run. That pause is the whole idea.
