Lachie Millar

We are excited to have Lachie join the Red Shed team in the full-time position of Lead Coach and Coordinator, assisting Head Coach Beth in delivering fun and rewarding rowing programs to all. Lachie comes to Red Shed having spent the last decade working in US college recruitment, assisting Australian student-athletes across many sports – including rowing – to get recruited on athletic scholarship to top US universities.

Lachie has extensive experience as a rowing coach, spanning school, club and performance pathway roles in Victoria, but was attracted to Red Shed mission to make rowing more accessible.
