Get your team on the water
No experience needed, all abilities welcome. Our coaches have taught hundreds of people who had never touched an oar.
Why rowing works for teams
A boat only moves if everyone gets it right at the same moment. Nobody can coast, and seniority counts for nothing.
Getting into a rowing boat for the first time is a bit scary. It wobbles, there is nothing to hold onto, and the only way to keep it upright is to work together straight away. Teams who go into something uncomfortable together come out closer, and that happens a lot faster on the water than it does in a meeting room.

It is good for people, too. Rowing is hard physical work, but it becomes surprisingly meditative once a crew finds its rhythm, and learning something completely foreign as an adult is its own kind of reset.
